WHAT WE DO

TRADEMARKS - DESIGN - PATENTS - COPYRIGHT

NEGOTIATION

We provide assistance and support in the negotiation and drafting of agreements for the licensing, assignment and acquisition of trademarks (including merchandising), designs, patents and copyrights (literary works, music, audio-visual, cinematic works and software) in Italy and transnationally.

ENFORCEMENT AND PROTECTION

We enforce and protect our clientele’s IP rights against infringement or unfair competition through litigation and ADR. We also assist IP right holders in the recovery of royalties.

We intervene with the Customs’ Authorities to prevent the entry and commerce into Italy of goods and services in breach of Intellectual Property rights.

We provide advice and support regarding conflicts between trademarks, firm names, business and corporate names, business signage, geographic indications and domain names.

PROSECUTION


We provide assistance in the preparation and prosecution of applications for the protection of trademarks, designs, patents and copyrights.

We advise and support our clientele

We also provide advice and assistance in the process of examination of trademark, design and patent applications and provide qualified technical and legal translations.

We represent our clientele before the Board of Appeals against decisions of the Italian Patent and Trademark Office of the as well as in oppositions against the registration of trademarks.
